We are looking for plumbers, Installers, and HVAC service/diagnostic technicians to join our team!

You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.

LEAD HAVC TECHNICIAN -

Responsibilities:

• DIAGNOSE HVAC SYSTEMS
• MUST have all needed skills to properly diagnose all types of residential and commercial boilers, and HVAC equipment
• Oversee and manage installations of new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems when needed
• Perform daily diagnostics on residential systems
• If you possess a working knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and systems, including but not limited to residential boilers/furnaces, commercial steam systems/hot water/boilers, furnaces, RTUs, heat pumps, VAVs, VRFs, chillers, and mini split systems, this is a plus, BUT NOT a requirement
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on all equipment to drive revenue through the service department
• Respond to emergency service calls
• You will be expected to lead and train guys beneath you

Qualifications:

• 6-8 + years of experience in a lead HVAC field management position
• Familiarity with low-voltage electrical pertaining to HVAC
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Triple Evacuations as a standard practice on all repairs
• Strong Diagnostic skills
• Patience and having a knack for being extremely detailed

LEAD PLUMBER-should have the following qualifications 

• Designing and implementing comprehensive plumbing systems for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Inspecting and reviewing projects to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes.
• Leading, scheduling, and monitoring the work of other plumbers and assistants.
• Performing routine maintenance and emergency repairs to keep systems operational.
• Estimating time, costs, and resources required for jobs.
• Speaking and interacting as a professional with clients on various plumbing systems and necessary maintenance practices.
• Maintaining accurate records of projects, including compliance documentation and job reports.

Tasks and Duties

The day-to-day tasks of a Master Plumber are varied, touching on multiple aspects of plumbing. Common duties include:

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
• Collaborating with contractors, construction workers, electricians, pipefitters, and steamfitters on building projects.
• Complete rough/finish on speced out new construction projects and rehab 
• Complete a full take-off from blueprints, layout, and install all piping systems to RI plumbing codes
• Testing plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.
• Analysing blueprints and architectural plans to assess material requirements and planning plumbing installation strategies.
• Clearing obstructions from sink drains and toilets.
• Troubleshooting and resolving problems related to low water pressure and other issues.
• Ensuring safety standards and building regulations are met at all times

PLUMBING HELPER

• Packing and sorting plumbing equipment for each job.
• Locating pipe leaks and preparing the work area.
• Fetching tools and buying additional stock and equipment.
• Cutting open walls and structures to expose pipes.
• Installing garbage disposals.
• Adjusting water pressure valves.
• Assisting the Master Plumber with plumbing installations and repairs.
• Replacing faucet washers and toilet wax rings.
• Measuring, cutting, and threading pipes.
• Installing gutters, drainpipes, and runoff systems.

Plumber Helper Requirements:

• Trade school diploma.
• Proven work experience as a Plumber Helper.
• Detailed knowledge of plumbing equipment and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints.
• Advanced mechanical skills.
• Good physical fitness and dexterity.
• Critical thinker with good problem-solving abilities.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work after-hours and on weekends.
• High-level mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations.
