HVAC Technician (Full-Time)

💰 $26.42/hour

📅 Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

💵 Weekly Earned Wage Access Available

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join our team full-time. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including low-pressure hot water systems, gas wall heaters, ventilation units, and air conditioning systems.
• Replace or service mechanical components such as fans, belts, motors, gaskets, filters, and compressors.
• Install and adjust thermostats, gauges, valves, switches, and related control devices.
• Estimate repair costs and recommend equipment replacements when needed.
• Safely operate specialized tools and equipment required for HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Perform routine inspections and upkeep of facility-wide mechanical and cosmetic systems.
• Identify and resolve issues related to property lighting systems.
• Stay informed on applicable codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and internal safety procedures.
• Support the maintenance team with additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• EPA Universal Certification and HVAC Certification required.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and air conditioning maintenance.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience, with vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent on-the-job training strongly preferred.
