Title Healthcare Consultant I / Case Coordinator at Amicis Global Technologies Location & Schedule Work from home. Candidates must reside in Miami‑Dade County. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (standard business hours). Travel: approximately 75% within Miami‑Dade County, visiting members at their homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities. Responsibilities Telephonically and/or face‑to‑face assess, plan, implement, and coordinate all case‑management activities with members. Evaluate medical needs to facilitate overall wellness and manage a caseload that includes supportive and medically complex members. Develop proactive courses of action to address issues and enhance short‑ and long‑term outcomes. Determine appropriate services and supports, including prior authorizations, coordination with PCPs and skilled providers, condition‑management information, medication reviews, and community resources. Qualifications & Skills Self‑motivated, energetic, detail‑oriented, highly organized, and tech‑savvy. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a fast‑paced, changing environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English & Spanish, able to converse fully in both languages.
