What You’ll Do As a consultant on our team, you’ll contribute to a wide range of initiatives focused on improving healthcare operations and the consumer journey. Depending on the project, you might be: Designing and implementing multi-channel engagement strategies Supporting process improvements across functions like call centers, marketing operations, and quality Translating complex information into compelling visual presentations for executive audiences Collaborating with clients and internal teams to drive change from idea to execution You’ll wear many hats, but at the heart of the role is a shared mission: making healthcare more human, more effective, and more aligned with the people it serves. What You Bring Data Science & Analytics Experience Leading analytical workstreams focused on data management, risk stratification, and member segmentation to inform quality, utilization, and engagement strategies Develop and maintain robust data frameworks that ensure accuracy, integrity, and usability across clinical, claims, and consumer data sources Design and apply risk scoring methodologies (e.g., HCC, predictive modeling, utilization risk) to identify high-impact populations and guide targeted interventions Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies that improve outcomes and reduce total cost of care Segment member populations using advanced analytics to tailor engagement, outreach, and program design for maximum impact Collaborate with data science and IT teams to enhance data integration, governance, and reporting capabilities across platforms Build and present clear, data-driven recommendations and presentations for internal and client stakeholders Evaluate the effectiveness of analytic models and interventions, using outcomes data to refine approaches and demonstrate value Domain Expertise Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry—especially health plans, hospital systems, health technology and/or PBMs Familiarity with core business areas like operations, strategy, marketing, and quality Understanding of key healthcare technologies and platforms (e.g., marketing automation, document composition, call center tools) Core Skills A natural project manager: organized, communicative, and focused on outcomes A strategic thinker who can zoom out to see the big picture, yet roll up their sleeves to get into the details Highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data storytelling) and PowerPoint (strong visual storytelling) Comfortable analyzing data and turning insights into action Exceptional communicator—written, verbal, and visual—with a client-first mindset Professional Mindset Self-starter with a growth mindset Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Experienced at juggling multiple projects without dropping the ball Known for being detail-oriented, dependable, and driven Adaptable and resilient in the face of change Why Join Us?
