Seeking licensed cosmetologists/barbers to join a large men's haircare franchise offering hourly pay (guaranteed $14, typical $25–$35/hr), commissions, tips, and benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k)) after eligibility periods. Must hold a valid cosmetology or barber license; tips are significant and subject to reporting and potential deduction rules.
