Job Description

Experienced grounds maintenance technician needed for apartment complex. Seeking 3-12 months experience in trash pickup, property upkeep, make-ready work, hands-on skills, customer service, and contractor experience. Join our growing property management company. Apply now to be part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Property ground maintenance
• Keep common areas clean, vacuum mopped & dusted
• Picking up trash around dumpsters & property
• Landscaping, trimming, pruning, watering
• Assist in preparation of make-ready units

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 3 months to 1 year of experience or equivalent experience
• General knowledge in various skills, grounds maintenance
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to work at a fast pace

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $18.00, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
