Self-directed, organized, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Linguistics, Journalism, Marketing, Communication, Translation). Experience with SEO and digital marketing is a plus. Basic knowledge of Chinese is a plus but not required. Responsibilities: Write engaging content in German for product listings, social media, press releases, customer support resources, product manuals, and all other customer-facing content. Ensure consistency in copy and maintain a high level of accuracy and detail. Translate and adapt English content into German while preserving the original meaning, tone, and cultural relevance. Ensure the highest standards of quality, clarity, and effectiveness in all German-language content. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, customer support, and product teams to ensure all content aligns with communication goals and brand voice. Provide culturally relevant insights for branding, marketing, sales, customer support, and product development teams.
