Join Our Team: School Nurse - Float Position (BSN Only)
Amergis Educational Staffing is excited to collaborate with schools in Medway and Natick to welcome a caring, skilled School Nurse for the 2025-2026 academic year. If supporting student health and creating a safe learning environment inspires you, this role offers the chance to make a real difference every day.
Role Overview
Location: Split between Medway and Natick, MA
Start Date: Immediate
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Commitment: Full school year (2025-2026)
Pay: Competitive, up to $57/hour (based on experience)
What You'll Do
Deliver direct care to students, including first aid, medication administration, and chronic condition support
Maintain accurate health records and immunization compliance
Partner with educators, families, and healthcare providers to promote student well-being
Respond to health-related emergencies and follow established protocols
Lead health education and wellness initiatives within the school community
What We're Looking For
Active MA RN license
MA RN DESE license
Background in pediatric, school, or community health preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to stay calm and effective during emergencies
Dedication to creating a safe, healthy school environment
