Job Summary The UPS Store has an immediate opening for a full-time Center Associate in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their shipping needs. The Center Associate is a key member of the team and helps to ensure the overall success of the center. This is a Full Time – hourly position. We offer a competitive pay scale based on experience and willingness to learn. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer any questions they may have
• Assist customers with their printing, packing, and shipping needs
• Ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing
• Maintain a neat workspace and assist with other store operations as needed
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Proven customer service experience
• Knowledge of retail point-of-sale systems and business printing needs
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
