This program provides selected candidates with a strong interest in inspiring others the chance to earn a CNA certification for free. Please note, this requires a commitment to work at Hillcrests skilled nursing facilities for at least one year after certification, either full-time or part-time.

The CNA training is conducted through our partner, Quality Career Pathways, offering various formats including traditional in-person classes and hybrid options with online coursework. Classes are scheduled Monday through Thursday or on two consecutive weekends with evening sessions occasionally.
