We are looking for a dynamic Financial Analyst/Manager to join our team in Mountain View, California. Responsibilities:

• Create budget and forecast presentations with key performance insights and cash impact
• Analyze business scenarios to guide investment and resource allocation decisions
• Conduct variance analysis and improve forecast accuracy
• Perform financial analysis and build strategic models for leadership decision-making
• Develop financial plans and analysis aligned with strategic objectives
• Partner with teams to prepare and manage budgets and forecasts
• Assist with investor due diligence and annual audit preparation
• Contribute to the monthly financial close process
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and modeling support

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, ideally in Corporate FP& A
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field preferred
• Strong ability to structure frameworks and solutions for complex business questions
• Advanced Excel skills and expertise in building financial models and presentations
• Skilled at cross-functional collaboration, influencing, and communicating with all levels of management
• Adaptable in fast-changing environments; able to manage and prioritize multiple projects

Nice to Have

• Experience with Netsuite, Workday, Adaptive Insights, or similar planning tools
• Background in internet/tech industry, management consulting, private equity, or investment banking
