Our location raises chickens and produces tankers of liquid egg to be consumed by our processing facilities./ph3Position Summary/h3pThis position is responsible for completing daily duties well prioritizing and handling a wide-range of other tasks that arise periodically through the day. They assist managers and supervisors upon request as well as perform other administrative duties as needed (handling department mail, etc.)./ph3Duties and Responsibilities/h3olliCompile, update, generate and distribute reports to appropriate parties/liliPerform administrative duties as needed (answering phones, photocopying, faxing, etc.)/liliAssist in ordering parts/repairs of plant radios and scheduling trouble shooting service calls/liliSort and inventory materials received and communicate with appropriate departments/liliAid with presentations (i.e. preparation, room set-up, projector, laptop, etc.)/liliHelp with Kronos reimaging biometrics/liliPurchasing for all farm locations/liliUtilizing spreadsheets to track paperwork and processes/liliStock Conference room fridge/liliCreate POs, Manage and compile paperwork (invoices and packing slips) for HR, Farms, Safety/liliReview vendor accounts and statements/liliResolve key fob problems/liliHandle uniform ordering and issues/liliPerforms other duties as required/li/olh3Qualifications/h3pEducation and experience required:/pulliProblem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills a must./liliAbility to work independently./liliExcellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher and Print Shop)/liliExcellent oral and written communication skills./liliProfessionally generates and formats reports./liliOrganized and detail-oriented./liliAbility to juggle a multitude of tasks./liliMust be professional in dealing with personnel issues including confidential information./li/ulpPreferred education, experience and skills:/pulliAbility to maintain records and filing systems./liliPreviously held an Office / Administrative position/li/ulpPost Holdings provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, status as a covered veteran and any other category protected under applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws.
