This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Booking and Export Documentation Specialist located in Gilbert, AZ. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing export bookings, preparing and processing export documentation, and coordinating shipments. Daily tasks include communicating with customers and carriers, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations, handling any issues that arise during the shipping process, and maintaining accurate records.

• Proficiency in Export Documentation and Import Export procedures
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience with international shipping regulations and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field preferred
• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics is a plus
