Executive Assistant/Company Administrator

Republican Jobs is partnering with a political consulting firm to find a Executive Assistant/Company Administrator to keep senior partners—and the office—running like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendars, travel plans & correspondence for two senior partners
• Oversee daily office operations: inventory, vendors, building services & supplies
• Plan & execute internal meetings, client events & marketing functions—handling hospitality & logistics
• Execute contracts, maintain organized files & coordinate closely with accounting on expense reporting
• Supervise the intern program, support new-hire onboarding & liaise with remote HR/accounting teams
What You Bring:
• 2+ years of administrative experience (executive support preferred)
• Expert multitasking, deadline management & attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & basic PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal & written communication—comfortable engaging with all stakeholders
• Self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset & composure under pressure
Salary: $80–85K + Competitive Benefits
