Sullivan & Schlieman Wealth Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director and Owner in our Alpharetta, GA office. We are a comprehensive wealth management firm established to serve affluent individuals and their families in an effort to plan for and achieve their financial goals.
Examples of general duties:
Schedules all in-person, zoom and phone calls for Advisors including Managing Director.
Greets clients and prospects in prompt, courteous and helpful manner.
Prepares meeting rooms with beverages/snacks, video conferencing etc.
Answers all incoming calls made to the firm.
Filing and scanning of documents.
Assist with customer service requests.
Perform other office duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
7 years of experience in a support position in a professional setting.
