TITLE: Executive Assistant

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• A minimum of 3 years of related experience supporting Upper Level Executive Team
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access.
• Experience in arranging travel plans, expense reports, meeting coordination, meeting minutes, and event planning.
• Strong work ethic, maintain high levels of confidentiality, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Associates Degree preferred.
