Spavia Belmar is seeking full-time and part-time estheticians at all levels of experience (including a Team Lead) to join our team! We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa opening in Lakewood, Colorado in September.

Esthetician earnings can start from $28 to $47 per treatment, including gratuity, or equivalent to $57,000-$75,000/year (based on 30-hour workweek). Compensation based on experience.

Spavia offers a full variety of spa treatments for our estheticians. We provide a full variety of skin care including facials, microdermabrasion, peels, full body waxing, mineral makeup, spray tanning and now offering eyelash extensions! We also offer a beautiful range of result-driven clinical active ingredients to natural organic ingredients for our guests. In-house training provided for your benefit. Your guests can also enjoy a full line of massage offerings plus body scrubs and body wraps. Requirements for Esthetician

• Actively State Licensed Esthetician
• Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven
• Professional, and drug/alcohol-free
• A passion for working with people
• A can-do attitude and high energy
• A team player with a passion for the spa and guest service industry

Lead Esthetician Responsibilities in addition to offering treatments

• Team Management: Manage the team schedule for requests and maximizing weekly
• schedules.
• Training: Provide ongoing training, monitor performance, and guest reviews. Coach and mentor
• team members in providing an exceptional guest experience.
• Sales and Reporting: Drive goals and sales quotas within retail and membership sales.
• Leadership: Motivate and drive the team to provide a 5-star exceptional experience through
• treatments and product offerings.
• Cleanliness: Responsible to ensure retail shelves, treatment rooms, and storage areas are
• always clean, tidy, and stocked.
• Hiring and Training: Assist in the hiring of new estheticians, on-boarding, orientation, and
• modality training. Ensuring Spavia Brand Standards are adhered to.
• Inventory: Responsible for monitoring skincare product inventory, and supplies.

Job Type : Part or Full-Time positions available. Flexibility is a plus.
