Job Description Requirements Job Title: Epic Willow Ambulatory Project Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Epic Willow Ambulatory Project Manager to oversee the successful planning and execution of Epic Willow Ambulatory initiatives. This individual will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams through the implementation and optimization of pharmacy workflows within the Epic system, ensuring alignment with clinical and operational goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare IT project management, with specific experience managing Epic Ambulatory Pharmacy implementations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full lifecycle of Epic Willow Ambulatory projects, including planning, execution, go-live, and post-implementation support Collaborate with clinical pharmacy teams, IT analysts, and Epic-certified professionals to ensure workflow efficiency and system accuracy Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations Identify project risks, track issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and report progress to executive stakeholders Ensure adherence to clinical, regulatory, and IT governance standards throughout project phases Coordinate system testing, validation, training, and change management efforts Act as primary point of contact between client stakeholders, Epic representatives, and third-party vendors Required Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in healthcare IT Proven experience managing Epic Willow Ambulatory implementations or upgrades Strong understanding of ambulatory pharmacy workflows and Epic system configuration Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Epic Willow Ambulatory certification (active or prior) PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification Clinical pharmacy background (PharmD, RPh, or Certified Pharmacy Technician) Experience with multi-site ambulatory clinic implementations Benefits
