Job Title: Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety Specialist (Coordinator)

Location: Lawrenceville, NJ – Hybrid

Duration: 6 Months (Possible extension)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and improve data reports and dashboards for pharmacovigilance (PV) and regulatory activities.
• Develop and maintain reports in SAP Business Objects , Tableau , or Power BI .
• Perform data analysis using SQL or Oracle .
• Maintain data integrity across systems and support reporting/visualization needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., PV, Epidemiology) to deliver actionable insights.
• Support validation testing and prepare documentation like test scripts and summary reports.
• Participate in innovation and process improvement initiatives.
• Create and present reports on team performance, KPIs, and analytical insights.

Must-Have Skills:

• Advanced SAP Business Objects (report building)
• Advanced Tableau or Power BI (interactive dashboard creation)
• Advanced SQL/Oracle (data querying & analysis)
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Preferred Skills:

• Background in Pharmacovigilance or Drug Safety
• Knowledge of MedDRA or WHO Drug coding dictionaries
• Familiarity with validation processes and documentation
• Strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Life Sciences, Information Science, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience (preferred)
