The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $149,866.00 to $187,110.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position. Job Summary Join Pernod Ricard as the Director, Sustainability & Responsibility for Pernod Ricard North America (PRNA) and lead initiatives that drive measurable environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impact across the organization. Reporting directly to the Vice President, People and Business Operations, you will oversee Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, implement ESG strategy, and manage Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance. This role offers the opportunity to influence cross-functional teams, engage key stakeholders, and build innovative partnerships that advance Pernod Ricard's mission of responsible growth and impact measurement.
