Job Description

Overview:

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of creativity and data. In this role, you’ll design and execute multi-channel B2B campaigns, optimize performance through insights and A/B testing, and drive digital innovation that meaningfully connects with audiences across their journey. You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and branding teams, contributing strategic ideas and hands-on execution to deliver measurable business impact.

If you're passionate about leveraging data to fuel marketing growth, love the challenge of optimizing performance across multiple platforms, and want to be part of a team that values both creativity and results, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.

  • Coordinate, execute, and monitor paid social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand visibility and lead generation (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads).

  • Optimize and manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, campaign management, and performance analysis, to increase website visibility and enhance Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts (Google & Microsoft Ads).

  • Build retargeting and remarketing audiences for various marketing campaigns, continuously evaluate performance, and implement data-driven improvements.

  • Regularly update website content and collaborate with team leads on strategies to enhance SEO performance and optimize paid advertising efforts.

  • Create high-converting landing pages for campaign conversion and quality lead capture.

  • Monitor and analyze digital performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific reporting tools. Consolidate insights into actionable reports to guide campaign strategy and decisions.

  • Support email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing initiatives, and audience targeting strategies.

  • Partner closely with marketing, branding, content, and sales team members to ensure digital efforts align with business objectives.

  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in marketing.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and A/B testing methodologies (Google/YouTube/Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices and tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems; HubSpot experience a plus.
  • Technical knowledge of CMS. HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus, but not required.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously with competing deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • About 10% travel required
