This is a primarily remote work from home position; however, you are required to come to an in-person meeting every two weeks in the Leesburg, Florida, area. A final in-person interview is part of the process to be selected for this position. Accepting Central Florida applicants only.

What You'll Do
Phase 1: Sales & Prospecting
Learn how to pitch digital marketing services to small businesses.
Generate leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
Shadow live sales calls and get coached on how to close deals.
Get trained in how digital marketing actually works SEO, PPC, GBP, and more.
Phase 2: Project Management & Local SEO
Begin managing your own clients post-sale.
Learn Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization aka Map Pack SEO which is essential for small businesses.
Implement Local SEO strategies that drive real, measurable results.
Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, reporting) to deliver value.
