Position : Data Entry Specialists (8-10 OPENINGS)
Location : Northern VA
Duration : 4+ Week Contract

ABSOLUTE MUST HAVES - Authorized to work in the US | Must Have OWN Transportation
- Immunizations (Titers Test, Hep B, TB Screen, Influenza immunization) - we offer service to get these completed
- Ability to pass background check AND Drug Screen
Pay Rate: $23/hr. (SET RATE)
November (Loudoun Hospital): - 1 day - 8 hour classroom training day(11/6 or 11/7 or 11/10 or 11/11)
- 1 day - 4 hour hands-on training day (11/18,19,20 or 21st) - 2 hours sit & observe, last two hours badge issuing/real life practice
December: - 9 days of work in December (schedule below) - will either be on Team A or B
Overview: We're hiring a team of Data Entry Specialists to support a critical badge/access transition project across Inova hospitals. You'll be responsible for entering credentials, taking photos, and assigning new badges-all while providing excellent customer service to busy clinicians and nurses.
Key Responsibilities: - Travel to designated hospital locations to support badge transition efforts.
- Accurately enter badge/access data including credentials and badge numbers.
- Take staff photos and assign new badges using provided systems.
- Maintain professionalism and patience while assisting high-volume staff groups.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications: - Experience with basic data entry and administrative tasks.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly.
- Strong customer service skills, especially in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between hospital sites.
