Overview Join to apply for the Dance Instructor role at Anaheim Family YMCA . This range is provided by Anaheim Family YMCA. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $16.00/hr - $16.00/hr Duties/Responsibilities Provide a structured class teaching students in a variety of dances such as hip hop, ballet, tap, jazz, hula, break dancing, etc. Create lesson plans for each class as well as choreograph routines for performances and events. Coordinate registration of participants. Assist in the responsibility for the success of the Dance program including fundraising, special events, and marketing. Ensure the safety of all participants at all times. Hours: Part-Time/Non-Exempt position. Must be available Monday to Friday 4 pm - 8 pm; Saturday 9 am - 1 pm; Sunday 11 am - 1 pm. Wage: $16.00 per hour starting rate; benefits not applicable. Worksite: Anaheim Downtown Community Center or West Anaheim Youth Center, and Stanton Central Park. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years of age. Experience working with children (paid or volunteer) preferred, but not required. Be CPR/First Aid certified within the first 30 days of employment and keep current for continued employment.
