Signal Tru Brand is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Madison, WI. This role is ideal for someone passionate about problem-solving, customer care, and contributing to a team that values quality service and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering the best solution.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent service.

  • Identify trends in customer feedback to suggest process or product improvements.
