As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Engage with the public at retail events and community campaigns to promote nonprofit causes

• Provide friendly, professional, and informative customer service to inspire donor support

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and daily campaign operations

• Maintain accurate donor and customer records

• Collaborate with team leaders to enhance campaign results and improve outreach strategies
