30-Day Goal: Immerse yourself in Talent Ascension’s methodology and mission-driven client base
Outcome: Build a strong foundation in our search practices and understand the "why" behind our unique approach
60-Day Goal: Manage candidate sourcing and engagement independently for active searches
Outcome: Take ownership of the top-of-funnel with measurable candidate conversion rates
90-Day Goal: Run full-cycle search processes with autonomy and strategic insight
Outcome: Become a trusted partner on searches, known for speed, quality, and alignment
