Our Computer Repair Technicians are not only tech experts, they are the problem solvers that help keep our customers gaming! No two days are the same, you will be responsible for diagnosing, fixing and returning client computers so they can get back to doing what they love. Our team performs troubleshooting and repair activities, typically associated with an end-user environment, including desktops, workstations and laptops. They diagnose, and repair a wide range of computer related hardware and software issues. Technicians also need the ability to answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients via telephone or email. The majority of this role is in repairing systems in person, so hardware knowledge, passion for computers is a must. The day to day tasks will be spent in doing in depth hardware diagnosis, fixing, replacing and repackaging to send the computer back to the user. WHAT SKILLS ARE NEEDED:

• Must be a go-getter with a can-do attitude.
• Must have customer service experience (2-3 Years Minimum)
• Must know how to troubleshoot and diagnose computer related issues including both hardware and software.
• Not afraid to speak with clients confidently and professionally.
• Must know how to operate and troubleshoot issues related to Windows Operating systems and associated software.
• Prior experience with current PC hardware repair required.

HOW THE PAY WORKS:

• Hourly starts at $14 an hour.
• Compensation is based on performance with reasonable expectations.
• The more you complete, effectively and timely the more pay you make.
• Bonuses are real and attainable with quality and quick work.
• The average Repair Technician makes between $18-20 dollars an hour after bonuses.

A FEW NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable daily transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Local Applicants only, this is a fun in office environment.
• To meet client expectations, attendance is critical.
