- Minimum 5 years of experience with building and maintaining large enterprise Citrix remote access deployments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with server, desktop, and application virtualization technologies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with understanding of SDLC and application architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting system problems in complex, heterogeneous systems
- Minimum 3 years of experience using diagnostic, monitoring, problem and change management tools.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with leading product evaluations, planning, gathering requirements, testing, recommending and implementing solutions.
- Experience with Cloud computing
- Excellent communication skills
- Ready to work in a 24*7 environment
- Comfortable with Rotational shifts & Rotational WO
- Minimum 2.5 years commitment to work with project
- Clearing Customer Evaluation is a must to work for the project
- Ability to design, plan, install and maintain Citrix infrastructure consisting of NetScaler, XenDesktop, XenApp, and Microsoft Application Virtualization
- Ability to support Citrix Receiver on end user environments (Windows, Chrome OS, iOS, macOS)
- Ability to perform capacity planning for large enterprise Citrix environment
- Detailed knowledge of Windows server operating systems
- Detailed knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP and TLS
- Experience with developing secure solutions
- Experience with integrating Citrix systems with external authentication systems for federate and multi factor authentication.
- Experience with Splunk usage for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Provides technical support/system administration for large enterprise Citrix environment with components such as NetScaler, XenDesktop, XenApp, and Microsoft Application Virtualization.
- Provides project management for Citrix projects to include requirements development, evaluation, vendor selection, installation, configuration, tuning, and creation of program and process documentation,
- Analyzes performance data to provide capacity planning and resource utilization information in support of operational and budget planning processes.
- Analyzes, plans, tests, documents and implements regular, advanced or special maintenance activities of system hardware and software to meet service level agreements with user groups.
- Leads, coaches and mentors other team members on technical matters, project management, task prioritization and strategic planning.
- Participates on cross-functional project teams, providing subject matter expertise and ensuring that new system objects are supported by developing administrative procedures.

Salary Range - $100,000-$120,000 a year
