Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is seeking an accomplished and mission-driven Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to provide visionary leadership and clinical oversight across its behavioral health services. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of integrated behavioral health care delivery in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all medical and psychiatric services at FBH.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other clinical staff.
• Champion trauma-informed, recovery-focused care models that improve outcomes for diverse populations.
• Partner with executive leadership (COO/CCO/CEO) to shape organizational strategy and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all behavioral health regulations, accreditation standards, and quality metrics.
• Carry a small outpatient caseload and participate in call coverage as needed to remain connected to patient care.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Psychiatry (Adult or Addiction subspecialty highly preferred).
• Active medical license in WA (or ability to obtain).
• Demonstrated leadership experience in behavioral health settings, ideally community-based.
• Proven track record in regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and integrated care models.
• Experience engaging with residency or training programs preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary $400,000 + Bonus
