The Chief Compliance Officer oversees PMMA’s Compliance and Ethics Program (“C&E Program”) by managing all administrative tasks related to its development, implementation, monitoring, and improvement. Works closely with the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), the Corporate Compliance Council, the Corporate Compliance Committee, and Community/Agency Committees. Engages in regulatory interpretations, facilitates investigations regarding state complaints, and drafts plans of correction. Promotes the resident-first approach, values the community as residents’ home, and models person-centered care. Education, Experience, and/or Training: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree. Experience as a Chief Compliance Officer or in a similar field is strongly preferred. Compliance certification preferred. Previous experience working in the senior living industry is preferred.
