Our client - a well-established private label skincare manufacturer - is looking for a Junior Chemist to support hands-on formulation and day-to-day lab activities. If you're detail-oriented, eager to learn, and want real exposure to how beauty products are developed from scratch, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in mixing and preparing skincare and cosmetic formulas tailored to client needs
• Run basic quality tests (pH, viscosity, texture) to keep formulations on track
• Help organize and track samples for long-term stability testing
• Keep clean, accurate records of formulation steps and raw material data
• Maintain a tidy, well-stocked lab and follow all GMP and safety protocols
• Pitch in during scale-up trials and help transition formulas to full production
• Collaborate across departments — including QA, production, and compounding

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a similar field
• 0-3 years of formulation experience (cosmetic experience a plus but not required)
• A can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn from day 1
