Per Component; Drivers are paid through component pay, based on an amount for each mile driven ($0.45), piece delivered (ranging from $0.35 to $1.85 ), and/or other possible categories. The driver’s compensation will ultimately be based on the driver’s availability and their assigned routes. .
Sign on bonus $5,500.00 Complete 3 full months plus 1 day, from date of hire- $3000 Complete 4 full months from date of hire- $1000 Complete 6 full months from date of hire- $1500
Work/Life Balance Schedule:
Work schedule Sunday to Thursday
Work hours start time OVENIGHTS start time 830pm to 630am depending on route assignments approximately 9-11 hours per day
