Status: Part-time, Non-Exempt, potential to become full-time Location: Remote (ACCEPTING APPLICANTS WHO ARE LOCATED WITHIN THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA ONLY) Call Center Representatives at British Swim School Bay Area focus on customer experience, engagement, customer enrollment, and managing all customer inquiries and concerns. The CSR focus is to deliver exceptional solution-oriented customer service, process enrollment requests as needed and answer questions while making experiences personable and memorable verbally and electronically. Knowledge, Skills and Ability Enthusiastic, assertive personality with customer service skills Strong listener with a sense of urgency to resolve issues or provide solutions Effectively communicate with customers and employees, bi-lingual is a plus Disciplined to follow schedules, policies, and procedures of British Swim School Able to multi-task using phone systems and appropriate computer programs. Qualifications Minimum of two years of customer service and sales experience High School or some college education or equivalent experience. Must have quiet space without distractions for work Job Type: Part-time Salary: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 30 per week Experience level: 2 years Shift: Day shift Evening shift Rotating shift Weekly day range: Monday to Friday Rotating weekends Weekends as needed Work setting: Remote Work Location: Remote Flexible work from home options available.
