Mavis Tire – Business Analyst
Put your career into high gear with Mavis Tire! We're looking for a full time Business Analyst to join our team at our Operation Support Center in White Plains, NY. With nearly 2,300 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest, independently-owned tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States. As we scale, we are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst who can bridge operations, IT, and data - helping us make smarter, faster decisions using data and automation.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to play a key role in analyzing operational data, supporting business systems, and working closely with internal stakeholders to improve decision-making across our multi-location retail environment. This role requires strong SQL skills for querying and reporting, as well as working knowledge of C# to support or enhance in-house applications and tools.

To be eligible for the Business Analyst position, you must possess:
Experience with tools like Power BI, Excel, or Tableau for data visualization, an understanding of ERP or inventory systems commonly used in retail , familiarity with supply chain or logistics data, and knowledge of ST/LT tire categories or related industry insight are preferred.
