Job Description
Our busy hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented customer service professional to make our guests' dining experience memorable.
• Guest Service: Warmly greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and resolve issues to create lasting memories.
• Food & Beverage Prep: Prepare salads, sandwiches, soups, coffee, and other items according to brand standards, monitoring taste, temperature, and presentation.
• Service & Stocking: Replenish food, beverages, utensils, and condiments in buffet/service areas, ensuring they are well-stocked and appealing.
• Cleanliness: Keep work areas, tables, beverage stations, and equipment clean, neat, and organized; clear tables and empty trash.
Responsibilities:
• Wipe down service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment according to health and safety regulations
• Assist guests with any questions or concerns that they may have in a prompt and friendly manner
• Take orders, and deliver food and drinks to guests while they are in the dining area
Qualifications:
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills with diners and coworkers
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
• We prefer some experience working in the food service industry
