Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong experience in QuickBooks (Desktop version preferred) to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support the accounting needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
•Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
•Process accounts payable and receivable.
•Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting.
•Handle bank reconciliations and payroll entries.
•Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:
•Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, with proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop preferred).
•Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
•Associate degree or higher in Accounting or related field preferred.
