Job Description
Are you an experienced Bookkeeper with a passion for numbers and attention to detail? We're looking for a reliable and organized individual to join our clients growing team in Daytona Beach, FL. The company specializes in manufacturing high-quality skin care products, and we need a finance-savvy pro to help keep our books in top shape! In addition to the responsibilities listed, you will need at least 3 years experience working with QuickBooks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Assist with payroll, tax filings, and month-end closings
- Prepare reports for management as needed
salary: $50,000 - $52,000 per year

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks (Online/Desktop).
- Record and categorize expenses, income, and transactions accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Handle invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting financial trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Work with accountants and auditors as needed for tax preparation and financial reviews.
