Level Recruiting is currently seeking a Bookkeeper for a role with a premier luxury contractor in San Francisco CA. This is a great role for someone who is highly organized, good with numbers and has experience with a broad range of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Issue reminders and help with expense report submissions and credit card reconciliation entries
• Support daily processing of accounts payable
• Keep vendor insurance database current and accurate
• Receive and distribute incoming deliveries
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Liaise with outside IT and cleaning service providers
• Monitor outgoing invoices and support the accounts receivable workflow
• Organize, schedule, and facilitate company events
• Oversee and maintain common office areas
• Order and stock office and kitchen supplies
• Support shop manager with tool inventory management and checkout procedures
• Perform additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

• English reading and writing proficiency
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with Procore and/or Sage 100 contractor is a plus
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent education

Benefits :

• This is a full-time, non-exempt role with a pay range of $25-33/hr
• Health, dental, and vision insurance with employer contribution of $550 a month

• Potential annual bonus based on twice-yearly employee review cycle of up to 10%
• 80 hours PTO annually.
• Monthly phone & gas stipends of $50 each
