An assistant who provides essential support to the Finance Manager and Billing Coordinator by managing daily bookkeeping, billing, and trust accounting tasks. This role ensures compliance with client guidelines, Firm policies, and legal trust accounting requirements while supporting smooth financial operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and maintains strict confidentiality.
