Member Services Representative (MSR) – Credit Union | West Chester, PA OR Ridley Park, PA

On-site | Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM

Direct Hire | $23–$25/hour | Start ASAP

A well-established credit union in Ridley Park, PA is seeking a full-time Member Services Representative (MSR) to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with banking or financial services experience who thrives in a customer-first environment and is passionate about community involvement.

What You’ll Do

You’ll serve as a trusted resource to both retail and business members—handling transactions, resolving account issues, and promoting financial products that support members’ financial goals. Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting members and assisting with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Promoting credit union products and services to meet performance goals
• Identifying and reporting fraudulent activity
• Issuing instant debit/credit cards and processing wire transfers
• Opening and managing business accounts
• Supporting ATM and cash machine reconciliations
• Maintaining compliance with all regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in banking or financial services
• Credit union experience highly preferred
• Sales experience a strong plus
• Personable, professional, and proactive with strong initiative
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred (but not required)

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass a full drug screening (including marijuana)
• Must meet a minimum credit score of 630 (TransUnion)
