Sloane Toyota of Philadelphia is currently looking for Automotive Sales Associates to join our growing team! We take pride in being the only dealer in "The City of Brotherly Love" that sells new Toyota vehicles.

• If you have a history of successful auto sales-one built on charisma, communication and thorough product knowledge ( we'll teach you everything you need to know about our Toyota line up) -we want to talk to you!
• Prior cars sales experience required.

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Explain product performance, safety, and benefits to prospects.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous car sales is a huge plus
• Self starter with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Possess strong communication skills
• Dependable, solid work history, with references
• Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
• Must pass drug screen and background check
