• Ensure accuracy of accounting needs on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
• Handle financial records
• Pay vendors in a timely manner
• Balance factory statements
• Maintain timely record-keeping of accounting information, inventory, and order supplies
• Prepare customer invoices
• Call vendors for payments
• Reconcile AP schedules
• Maintain petty cash flow
• File 1099 forms
• Send monthly invoices promptly

Job Requirements

• Automotive business office experience in accounts payable (minimum 1+ years)
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Professional and punctual
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
