We view this position as a long-term career with a partnership track. While we have physical office locations, this is a remote position, so the associate can work from home. However, the associate must have the ability to commute to Seattle and surrounding counties for court and meet with prospective clients in person if they request it.

On the skills side, we are seeking someone who has experience handling a case from the beginning, including meeting and signing up a client, to the end of the case, which includes mediation and trial.

The ideal candidate is also someone who can work well on their own without a lot of supervision or direction since our culture is one where we let people handle their cases as they see fit. We do not believe in, nor tolerate, micro-managers.

What We Offer:

· Salary: 120K-150K

Bonuses when exceeding billable hours.
