Job Title: Accounting Analyst

Pay Rate: $22/hr.

Shift: 1st

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D, PSL

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete costing analysis for daily production.
• Complete Month End reports in SAP.
• Complete the 3-way matching verification for payment process of invoices.
• Review invoices and check requests.
• Sort and match invoices and check requests.
• Set invoices up for approval and payment.
• Reconciliation of payments.
• Prepare analysis of accounts.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Vendor file maintenance.
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
• Facilitate the standardization of all DC’s operational reports to be in line with WCD, Inc.
• Administrative Office directives.
• Consult with: Manufacturing Accounting Manager

Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP accounting system preferred
• Experience in MRP manufacturing system
• Knowledge of accounts payable 
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures
• Proficient in data entry and management
• Good organizational skills
• Knowledge of DC operations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong sense of teamwork
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English (read, speak and write) as this position will require communication to vendors and the Team

Education and/or Experience:

• Some college preferred

Computer Skills:

• Strong Excel (spreadsheets)

Reasoning Ability:

• Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to manage and lead a diverse workforce.
