As an intern, you\'ll be treated like our entry level staff. You\'ll help instill confidence in organizations by assuring their financial health. You\'ll have flexibility to craft healthcare operational and business solutions, not just spreadsheets. Your work will include, but is not limited to: Work with the healthcare operations improvement team to develop and implement operational and strategic process improvements with health systems. Assist in workflow redesign of health system operations using our CLEAR improvement methodology (Change Management, Six Sigma, Lean). Assist in strategic modeling, design and deployment of resources across the value-based care continuum for value-based and alternative managed care models. Apply data analysis to evaluate trends and anomalies in client operations. Research market trends and report findings to support client engagements. Develop relationships with clients and demonstrate professionalism and dedication to their needs. Engage with staff at all levels and with our clients. Qualifications Detail-oriented leader with problem solving, communication, and analytical skills. Master\'s or bachelor\'s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or related field. Master\'s preferred. Interest in pursuing a career in healthcare consulting. Academic success with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Onsite staff immunizations as required by client compliance and federal safety guidelines. This is a non-exempt position and may require work beyond 40 hours per week. Some local, national, and occasional international travel may be required. What makes us different?
