Laura Smilingyte is Customer Success Executive (CSE) at Microsoft. As CSE Laura is responsible for success of Software and Digital Platform customers that are building solutions and innovating leveraging Microsoft platform.
Before joining Microsoft, Laura led Digital Transformation efforts for KKR portfolio company, Ensono. She was responsible for commercial applications portfolio focused on operational efficiencies across lead-to-cash value chain. She also headed data management and governance activities across all business units, ensuring company’s readiness for AI-enabled operations.
Previous to her work at Ensono, Laura spent 6 years as Digital Transformation advisor at PwC, working with clients across different industries advising on their transformation journeys to the cloud and SaaS business models.
Laura earned master’s in technology management from Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Illinois and executive certification (CxO) from Wharton Business School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She lives in River Forest with her husband and college-aged daughter.
