A seasoned executive and subject matter expert, he brings deep experience from Global Systemically Important Banks (GSIBs), top-tier strategy firms, and his tenure as a Senior Supervising Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the FDIC. Joe specializes in guiding C-suite leaders through enterprise-wide finance and risk transformations, driving improvements in data, AI & analytics, regulatory compliance initiatives, and end-end transformation program execution.
He holds a Master of Science in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence from Northwestern University, a Master of Science in Finance from Indiana University, and a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Economics & Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Joe is a Commissioned Federal Bank Examiner, a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), and holds a Credit Risk Certification (CRC). He has also completed executive programs in Risk Management at Harvard Business School and Applied Generative AI at MIT.
